Helpdesk Support

Our qualified and highly experienced engineers are available to provide guidance and the solutions to keep your computer systems up and running. Our engineers will talk you through problems in plain English, explaining each step as they go. Our Helpdesk operates from 8am to 6pm on weekdays. Additional support times can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. We offer support via telephone, email and remote administration and resolve 85% of user problems during the first contact.
